HANSE OIL Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed all shipments are operated by HANSE OIL (Iberica) Shipping, or in cooperation with China Line or Maersk and in compliance with INCOTERMS (latest revision) C.F.R. and Gencon Charter Party. HANSE would assist to cover (Marine) Insurance upon special request.
Marine Insurance

Basically, we deliver according to INCOTERMS latest revision, C.F.R. port of destination. Upon request HANSE is prepared to offer Marine Insurance based on a signed FTS firm Term Sheet.
Surveillance

Inspection will be conducted at the port of loading at sellers expense. We usually work with internationally recognzeable Inspectors, or as mutually agreed with the buyer.
Tank Storage

We provide storage by (off-shore) terminal agreements at may locations worldwide where we can also assist our clients with customs formalities, documentation and credit (forfaiting) services. Please visit HANSE Finance fr more information regarding our "Non-Recourse Contract Forfaiting).
HANSE Documentary Electronical Payment

Upon agreement we connect our licensed clients to the HANSE Electronic Payment Network that comfortably allows payment settled and monitored within 30 Minutes. Generally, we accept payment by irrevocable and confirmed documentary letter of credit in standard format that does allso apply for all HANSE purchases, unless otherwise agreed.
Non-Recourse Contract Forfaiting

Principally, we are prepared to negotiate to forfaite of your sales- or purchase agreement up to 85% - we shall pay your seller within 10d and acknowdge your contract to your buyer upfront if requested, all referenced by a HANSE Refinery Trust Receipt. Except your HANSE Sales- or Purchase Contract we provide finance support under mutually tailored terms and conditions. Contact our finance department: hanse.finance@hanseoil.asia

HANSE Offshore Trading Model (Energy)

A pragmatic approach to enhancing value trough offshore partnerships

Two main investors and a maximum of 4 co-investors (traders and brokers). Purpose: Execution of a 370,000 MT single fuel oil contract. The company will be dissolved upon successful completion. This is a typical HANSE-concept that HANSE has been successfully implementing for several years. It gives our accredited partners easy access to extremely attractive market and business conditions. Total capital: €2,400,000,

of which €700,000 is provided by the (private) principle sponsor, the remainder by HANSE ENERGY HOLDING.

From the HANSE investment of €1,700,000 a maximum of 4 further investments will be only opened to HANSE accredited partners (broker and trader) in a total amount of €700,000. No losses are allocated. After the dissolution of the company, 92.75% of the nominal value will be paid out (profit offsetting). Discreet customized processing

All Investment Partners are generally subject to HANSE's usual assessment and regular licensing formalities (liable to fees) prior to start of conversation. If no financial participation is possible in individual cases, entry can also be obtained by acquiring a SGT Singe Trade License for the transaction in question. The lower regular license fee can be offset against the higher SGT license fee. Talk to us about the amount of the SGT fees.

Automotive Gas Oil (LP AGO) popularly known as diesel is a complex mixture of hydrocarbons produced by mixing fractions obtained from the distillation of crude oil with brand-specific additives to improve performance. Sulphur Content; max. 0.3.

We lift the fuel in Malaysia (HANSE OIL Refining) or at MPUAE Shipment by HANSE OIL vessels or Maersk/China Line. Last loading date: 15.03.2024 in single tranches of 27.000 /MT minimum. Only one cargo per SGT license. Total volume : 386,000 MT available under offshore terms

We offer the following purchase prices to our Sponsors and/or SGT license holder only

A. Shareholder (depending on investment level) $356-440 MT C.F.R.

B. SGT holder (without sponsoring) 496-537 MT C.F.R.

Subject to final destination and a signed FTS Firm Term Sheet, Assessment/Licensing. Calculation subject to change at any time unless otherwise agreed in writing during the course of negotiations.
